Payment is made in two steps. First, the customer pays for the artwork only. Second, the customer pays the shipping charges.
Your shipment will leave for your address as soon as possible after the second payment. A waiting period of one to three working days may be required between the initial payment and the payment of the shipping charges.
Depending on the type of artwork, we ship via UPS or Canada Post. We will send you the waybill number as soon as the shipment leaves.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during shipping.
